For the past 30 years Salim has been managing assets for his family and other family offices, with funds over USD 2 billion. He is active across the board, managing and developing all aspects of asset management from structuring, acquiring, managing and selling. Salim focuses primarily in the hospitality, real estate and financial sectors. Salim holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, attended Harvard and London Business School and delivered lectures in Finance for 3 years. He speaks English, French and Arabic fluently and sits on several boards across both the art and real estate sector. Salim’s track record covers asset management for more than 200 assets operating in France and Spain -alongside successful projects in emerging markets. Yekaterina Ertner has been working in private equity investments for family offices for the past 9 years. Yekaterina is in charge of the strategy and transactions selection process and is also involved on the financing side of the transactions over USD1.5 bn in size. Yekaterina’s prior position was with MBI International and Partners (one of the clients of Intersel) as part of the Project Finance team. Yekaterina Ertner has a Masters in Finance degree and speaks English, French and Russian fluently.

Ryan Murphy has over 20 years senior management / board experience with an emphasis on originating, negotiating and financing projects in emerging markets. As access to funding is a principal constraint to the delivery of infrastructure projects has successfully implemented a strategy to secure business by arranging finance for developing country projects. He works in close partnership with ECA’s, development finance institutions and commercial banks with the objective of offering fully financed contracts on concessional terms. Projects over the past number of years include $50m-$150m contracts in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean applying ECA, PPP, BOOT and similar structures. Ryan is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Elie Kadi is a corporate officer based in Beirut. He is in charge of running the day to day operations and has been working for Intersel for the last 10 years where he held administrative positions and has experience in dealing with Lebanese banks and institutions. He hold a bachelor degree from the Technical University of Beirut.

Paul Gerebtzoff, is Multilingual Senior Executive, with career graph in one of the Fortune 500 companies spanning over 25 years, spearheading corporate turnaround, progressive general management, project management, business development, strategic sales, marketing, application and operation experience. Extensive business capabilities with successful assignment in the Middle-East, Africa and Asia Pacific region.

Elizabeth is an active member of the team, working internationally as executive assistant to the CEO. Elizabeth holds a degree in Law and master degree in International Corporate Law from City University London.

For the last 20 years Frauke held several managerial positions in the real estate, hospitality and transport industry. Today she manages the administrative affairs at Intersel. Frauke’s prior position was at twin jet international as part of the management team. Frauke has a degree in management and speaks English and German fluently.
