Intersel hospitality management began operation in 2007. Our Executives bring decades of combined experience and expertise in the areas of marketing, operations, and positioning to ensure our clients are staged for long-term success.

The team is made of 6 people at corporate level and much more at property levels. The property level teams are in a different structures directly reporting to Intersel. Currently we have 3 hotels under management, and we are in negotiation to acquire others.

Marketing and Sales Support

Development and implementation of a comprehensive, measurable marketing and sales plans ensure that the properties are correctly positioned. Focusing on market share growth is the key to success.

Intersel approach is proactive, with the local teams we develop quarterly sales and marketing and promotion action plans for strategy and accountability. We provide market analysis, e-commerce and additional sales support to the field sales staff at the individual properties. Together with the Marketing and sales team we identify new opportunities and segments of the market. We further utilise search engine optimization, eCommerce direct marketing and social media monitoring,

As a result, our hotels consistently achieve strong RevPAR market share growth by focusing on specific segments that pertain to each hotel.

Our centralized revenue management approach ensures that we maximize revenues across all channels and have the right strategies in place to obtain market share growth and drive profitability,

Our revenue management practices focus on identifying trends early in the cycle and maximizing these opportunities: Weekly comparisons and analysis are prepared and discussed on site or over the phone, frequently, we tend to meet with revenue manager


Operations

The hotels are managed on daily business through the property level manager that we appoint, monitor and control (as much as a monitoring exists on all the property level departments through direct reporting to us: housekeeping reports to Andres, Maintenance reports to Jean, Sales and Marketing, Revenue management, administration and HR reports to Paul and Yekaterina and Operations as well F and B report to Andres Encinas, Cost Control to Ralph Kairouz and the Finance Dpt. reports to Salim Khoury; HR is usually managed at property level as we operate in different jurisdictions.) We provide full field operational management support to each property through frequent property visits, weekly property conference calls and timely reporting. Thorough operational audits ensure that all corporate and franchise procedures are being followed and budgetary goals are being maximized.

Growth Plan

We are aiming to add 2 hotels per year for the coming years, and then grow much quicker, as we would like to stay manager and part owner. We are targeting major European cities, London Paris and Vienna are our next destinations and we are studying a development in emerging markets like Lagos, Nigeria. We are actively searching for new opportunities through communication with our regular partners, brokers, and financial institutions including banks and investment funds.
